ASB Five Gaited

 

ASB Five Gaited Open: (Qualification requirement applies to horse only) The entry must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network regardless of division.

ASB Five Gaited Junior: Open to horses four years of age and under. No qualification required

 

ASB Five Gaited Amateur: (Qualification requirement applies to the horse/amateur rider combination) The horse/amateur rider combination must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network regardless of division.

ASB Five Gaited Juvenile: (Qualification requirement applies to the horse/juvenile rider combination) The horse/juvenile rider combination must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network regardless of division. 

 

ASB Three Gaited

ASB Park

ASB Classic Pleasure

Equitation

 

Saddle Seat Equitation Adult: (Qualification requirement applies to the rider only) The amateur adult rider must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network regardless of division.

Saddle Seat Equitation 17 and under: (Qualification requirement applies to the rider only) The  rider age 17 and under must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network regardless of division. 

​

Saddle Seat Equitation Walk and Trot 10 and under: (Qualification requirement applies to the rider only) The  rider age 10 and under must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network.

​

Hackney Pony Division

 

Hackney Harness Pony Open: (Qualification requirement applies to pony only) The entry must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network. 

​

Hackney Pony Open: (Qualification requirement applies to pony only) The entry must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network. 

​

Roadster Pony Open: (Qualification requirement applies to pony only) The entry must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network.

Hackney Pony Pleasure Driving: (Qualification requirement applies to pony/amateur adult or juvenile driver combination) The pony/amateur adult or juvenile driver must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network. 

​

Roadster Division

 

Roadster to Bike Open: (Qualification requirement applies to horse only) The entry must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network.

​

Roadster Under Saddle Open: (Qualification requirement applies to horse only) The entry must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network.

​

Open Breed classes do not require prior qualification. Entries competing in the American Saddlebred and Hackney divisions may cross enter into corresponding Open Breed classes. Same horse/rider combinations may not cross enter into the Walk and Trot Pleasure Division and the Single-Bit Division.

ASB Walk and Trot Pleasure Division

 

Horse/rider combinations showing in the Walk and Trot Pleasure Division (ASB and Open Breed) may not cross-enter into any other division, with the exception of the Model, Showmanship and In-Hand Obstacle Classes. 

 

ASB Pleasure Adult W/T: (Qualification requirement applies to the horse/ amateur rider combination) The horse/amateur rider must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network. 

 

ASB Pleasure Juvenile W/T: (Qualification requirement applies to the horse/ juvenile rider combination) The horse/juvenile rider combination must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network. 

 

ASB Single-Bit Division

 

Single Bit classes are open to Amateur or Juvenile riders in a snaffle bit only (no curb bits or curb chains allowed), with a running martingale, German martingale or draw rein. All tack should be of show ring quality. Riders are to wear appropriate show ring attire. Horse/rider combinations may not cross enter into another division, with the exception of the Model, Showmanship and Pattern classes, unless otherwise stated in the prize list. Elite Single Bit classes are open to both professionals and amateurs. The same horse/rider combination may not compete in both the W/T and the W/T/C sections of the Single Bit division at the same horse show.

 

ASB Pleasure Adult W/T/C Single Bit: (Qualification requirement applies to the horse/ amateur rider combination) The horse/amateur rider combination must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network. 

 

ASB Pleasure Juvenile W/T/C Single Bit: (Qualification requirement applies to the horse/juvenile rider combination) The horse/juvenile rider combination must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network.

ASB Pleasure Five Gaited Single Bit: (Qualification requirement applies to the horse/amateur adult or juvenile rider combination) The horse/adult amateur or juvenile rider combination must compete in at least one class at three horse shows in the Monarch Show Series Network.
